Traditional skill of using edible and medicinal plants for health benefits

Learn about native and readily available edible and medicinal plants and their health benefits. Prepare samples and tasting of teas/soups using herb and plants. Kathleen Walsh (Social & Therapeutic Horticulture Tutor) will facilitate this Biodiversity week session.
